Webinterpret is a leading e-commerce specialist solution that helps facilitate cross-border trade.
Its operations center is in Warsaw, Poland, and headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, France. Over the last year, Webinterpret has grown by more than 300% and it shows no signs of slowdown.

To support this growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Marketing Communications Manager who will lead further development of our business in the UK.

Location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4a

This position is an exceptional opportunity for a smart, creative, collaborative and highly motivated candidate to develop WebInterpret’s visibility, drive creative and strategic communications, and develop relationships with influencers.

As part of the marketing team, you will work with solution managers, business stakeholders and sales teams to expand our international footprint, increase our visibility and acquire new customers.



  • Lead PR efforts and coordinate content production. Write and secure approval for press releases and corporate communications. Timely distribute press releases on dedicated channels. Gather coverage and manage reporting.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop high-quality assets including case studies, videos, presentations, etc.
  • Actively work on the distribution and promotion of the team’s value added content (articles, infographics, etc.) towards relevant blogs, media, partners and influencers with a focus on business impact
  • Plan, coordinate, schedule, and help execute the company’s presence in industry trade shows. Book speaking engagements for company executives at tech events and represent the company at trade shows
  • Build and maintain a positive relationships with media, analysts, influencers, and customers. Drive positive coverage that reaches influencers important to the company. Generate brand awareness and increase Webinterpret’s share-of-voice



  • Ability to deliver first class written and verbal presentations
  • Good knowledge of the global e-commerce landscape including: key solutions providers, platforms and technologies
  • Good  knowledge of the United Kingdom market and a network of contacts at media companies
  • Highly organized with an operational mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Creative thinker that has the ability to bring new ideas to the table
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Native English speaker, the knowledge of German is a plus
  • Relevant BA or Masters degree in Press/Public Relations, Communication or Marketing
  • Track record of guerilla marketing and placing pitches in traditional and online media. Must be able to provide clips of previous media placements
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience in Marketing in an advertising agency or in an in-house communication department of a B2B SaaS or technology startup
