To support this growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced:

 

Sales Agent (Italian Market)

Location: Barcelona, Spain

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboard customer in our free trial program.
  • Advise customers during trial and guarantee excellent experience.
  • Organize web conferences to show Trial results.
  • Switch customers from free trial period to paying packages.

 

MUST HAVE

  • Ability to manage sales cycles in the Enterprise market, with a track record of success.
  • Software or online application sales experience.
  • Well developed sales skills.
  • Passionate about web based software.
  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in Sales or Customer Support: 1-3 year minimum.
  • Excellent/Native Italian and English
  • Spanish language will be a plus
  • Ideally knowledge of CRM software (ideally SalesForce).
  • SaaS experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • A passion for troubleshooting and the ability to learn the product inside out.

  • Basic knowledge of MySQL
