Quality Assurance Architect

Location: Warsaw, Poland

 

Responsibilities

As Quality Assurance Architect you will be responsible for establishing and supporting QA processes, activities, tools and practices in Agile teams that develop a new product to process and localize large amounts of e-commerce listings.

  • You will support building strong Quality Assurance Engineers team,
  • You will design test automation architecture and frameworks,
  • You will define processes and activities to build quality in our products and services,
  • You will define and support implementation of new methods of Quality Assurance beginning from requirements review and unit tests up to live monitoring of production processes,
  • You will provide quality assurance knowledge to Agile teams,
  • You will support and challenge Agile teams to provide better solutions for our clients,
  • You will work with start-up-like projects as well as with mature legacy systems,

 

Must have

  • 5+ years of experience in a software quality assurance team
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile Quality Assurance process
  • Quality Assurance against Quality Control approach
  • Leadership attitude
  • Knowledge of different test automation architectures, patterns and tools
  • Strong research and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Linux
  • Good knowledge of English

 

Nice to have

  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Delivery
  • Experience with programming patterns and good practices
  • Experience with static code analysis tools
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience in using containers (Docker)
  • Experience in coding in Python
  • Experience in SOA and message queues (like RabbitMQ)
