To support this growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced:

Business Analyst e-commerce

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Inflancka 4A)


  • Owns revenue assurance area (billing, payments, bad debt, revenue, cash receipt, tariffing)
  • Covers management of area, controls, processes, developments, reporting, forecasting and analysis
  • Focuses on root cause and solution investigation while automating connected processes
  • Implementing appropriate controls/monitoring to maximize profit



  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required


  • Self-driven with proactive attitude and international mindset
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good analytical and interpersonal written/verbal communications competencies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
  • Minimum 3 yrs of experience in BA, accounting or financial controlling


  • Project delivery experience
  • E-commerce experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • SQL, ZUORA knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
