Customer Advocate / 1st Line Support - UK/ US Market

Location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4a

 

We're looking for a candidate to join the tech support team for the web based application.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Investigate and solve customer's technical issues with application  
  • Interact with customers through email and phone
  • Educate customers on application features and good practices
  • Cooperate with other departments in identifying bugs and customers' needs

 

MUST HAVE

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Self driven improvement and learning attitude
  • Technical oriented
  • Good time management

NICE TO HAVE

  • eCommerce and IT experience
