Webinterpret is a leading e-commerce specialist solution that helps facilitate cross-border trade. Its operations center is in Warsaw, Poland, and headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, France. Over the last year, Webinterpret has grown by more than 300% and it shows no signs of slowdown.

To support this growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Partner Manager.


Partner Manager

Location: Toronto, Canada

The North America (NA) Partner Manager will be required to manage the day to day operations with our growing strategic partner base across all of the Webinterpret product suite.



  • Responsible for driving new customer engagement via Partnerships
  • Ensures partner satisfaction in our operational performance
  • Works towards goals identified in conjunction with our partners and internal business stakeholders
  • Identifies and cultivates key operational relationships within our strategic partners
  • Monitors and project manages day to day operational activities
  • Tracks and manages budget where relevant
  • Keeps track of and works to minimise risks to programs
  • Evangelizes company products
  • Provides insight into partners requirements for our products evolution
  • Uses data analysis to identify opportunities and to request product changes
  • Assigned to large, complex, high-visibility, strategic or tactically-important partners



  • Minimum 5 years client facing project management experience
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
  • Great analytical skills
  • Strong background in account management with an ability to influence and negotiate
