Senior Data Scientist

Location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4A



  • Leading data science projects - from an idea to a production solution
  • Presenting to a broader audience insights and outcomes from analysis
  • Proposing reproducible experiments
  • Designing problem solutions
  • Mentoring less experienced team members
  • Improving existing systems or creating new ones based on machine learning, statistics and game theory
  • Identifying new opportunities for the company based on data



  • Minimum of 3 years in the market designing and delivering services or solutions for which data modeling and analytics are a significant component
  • Strong Python programming skills (including packages like Pandas, sklearn, Keras, NLTK, Airflow or similar)
  • Very good understanding of statistics
  • Solid  knowledge about Machine Learning and Deep Learning
  • Proven track record of solving real business problems
  • Experience in A/B testing
  • Data visualization skills
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience in working with time series and text data
  • Knowledge about SOA and building REST API services
  • Ability to work with big data volumes
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good command of English


  • PhD degree
  • Experience with cloud-based ML solutions
  • Speaking at conferences or meetups
  • Former experience in e-commerce or related to:
    • product ranking
    • hierarchical categorization
    • churn prediction
    • forecasting revenue
    • recommendation systems
  • Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
