Recruitment Specialist

Location: Toronto, Canada

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the full cycle of the recruitment process for different positions: Sales, Customer Support, Technical Support.
  • Finding, engaging and convincing passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
  • Managing job posting, screening resumes and interviewing candidate.
  • After a successful recruitment closing, transitioning the candidate from recruiting to onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate/employee experience all the way through.
  • Ensuring an impressive candidate experience through communication and feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format.
  • Participating in networking events and supporting employer branding activities.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1- 3 years of recruiting experience - open to experience in agency, RPO or corporate.
  • Experience in using an HRIS or applicant tracking system (Bonus points for Recruiterbox!).
  • Proven success in delivering recruiting results, both individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding and a high-growth environment.
  • You have a keen eye for sales/customer care/technical abilities.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are detail-oriented and very well organized.
  • You can roll up the sleeves mentality and be able to deliver what you have promised.
  • You have a preferably BA degree, preferably in business or HR.
