Financial Support Specialist with German

Location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4a



  • Act as escalation point for all cases within Finance Area of Customer Care (invoicing + client payment tickets)
  • Be the main contact point with Finance Department - to establish root cause of problems and solutions to it
  • Responsible for cash collection activities from the 1st overdue invoice reminder, till write off recommendation
  • Establish voice relationship with overdue customers, to create trust which would result in payment of amounts due
  • Identify and highlight system errors (discrepancies between Financial systems vs production systems) - i.e Zuora, Ogone, vs SUI, Admin
  • Work with Finance Team (push) to provide solutions to existing issues
  • Analyze current Cash Collection Strategy and propose improvements, especially to early collection, collection campaigns and emailing
  • Propose scope of "cash collection deals and proposals" which would support Cash collection results: PtP, PtP paid
  • Time split: 60% cash collection / 40% financial tickets
  • Be the backup for Refund / upgrade process. Help solving issues in this area.
  • Use of additional priviliages and tools given by Finance team (cash collection discounts, access to ZUORA, DWH) to achieve goals

  • Deep system knowledge to be able to identify system / process issues within Financial aspects
  • English and German is a must
  • Advanced soft skills - ability to have difficult convesations including cash collection conversations with clients



  • Experience in Customer Care or Account Management (1 year)
  • SQL knowledge
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Previous experience in cash collection area would be an asset
