Thus, we have Quality Assurance engineers who can help to build this competence within teams in order to achieve:

We believe that any manual work related to testing is less efficient and more error prone than tests that have been properly automated. Automation is the responsibility of every team member and if manual testing is required, it can be done by virtually anyone in the team.


QA Lead

Location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4a

  • Translate vision into strategy and plan and be persistent in implementing it
  • Translate plan into business case and communicating on a C-suite level
  • Define cross-team quality-related processes
  • Monitor implementation of the processes
  • Identify and prioritise main risks from a quality point of view
  • Start and drive initiatives to improve the development processes and tools from a quality perspective
  • Coach and mentor QA Engineers in honing their skills
  • Fuel teams with best practices



  • 2+ years experience in managing QA Team
  • 5+ years of professional experience in implementing quality related processes (test automation, manual tests, monitoring)
  • Practical knowledge of test automation tools (unit tests, integration tests, UI tests etc)
  • Experience within the DevOps culture
  • Practical knowledge of continuous deployment and applicable delivery tools
  • Mentoring skills
  • High self-motivation
