IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Generate new business over the phone from inbound leads and outbound prospecting
  • Work with a Senior Agent to open and close rewarding opportunities

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Build rapport and introduce our service
  • Present demonstrations via web cast
  • Onboard customers onto a free, no risk, no commitment trial period
  • Manage your sales pipeline

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong phone and written skills, overcome the absence of face-to-face contact with prospects
  • Ability to learn a technical product and explain the value to non-technical customers
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Proactive and resourceful, open to learn

 

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ecommerce experience (online retail, online wholesale, internet sales, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, Google Suite, Salesforce CRM
  • Type 40 WPM
  • Thrive in a customer and team-oriented work environment
