To support this growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced:


HR Manager

Location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4a



  • HR Strategy:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
    • Ensure HR processes are understood and applied in the organization.
    • Develop and maintain trusting and effective working relationships with employees and managers.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Leads the formal coaching structure and instills a culture of coaching and improvement within the company.
    • Implement and monitor development paths on department, team and individual level.
    • Supervise Management and development of personnel: train, evaluation, career path, remuneration policies.
    • Analyzing training, development, learning needs and building training and development programs.
  • Administration:
    • Supervise human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
    • Ensure access to documentation of labor law and payroll related matters for employees.
    • Monitor payroll related process
  • Recruitment:
    • Coordinate recruitment planning
    • Monitor recruitment process: research, selection
    • Supervise new employee onboarding.



  • 6+ years of experience on similar position
  • Experience in managing all HR processes (training, payroll, recruitment)
  • Fluent verbal and written English (French will be an asset)
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of MS office and Google Apps
  • Adaptability, flexibility, enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn
  • Pro-activeness & strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to make plan, communicate it and deliver it
  • Good manners
