Our services are appreciated by over 20,000 retailers across Europe, US and China and are used to run cross-border Ecommerce stores with some of the biggest names in e-commerce such as Amazon, Ebay, PayPal and others.

To support our growth, we are looking for E-commerce Senior Product Manager who will lead the further development of our business.


E-commerce Senior Product Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland or Paris, France


This position is an exceptional opportunity for a smart, creative, collaborative and highly motivated leader to develop Webinterpret’s Product in Europe, US and China.

In charge of leading the Online Stores Product team, you will also work closely with Engineering, marketing and business teams to grow our Product line for merchants and buyers, expand our international footprint and acquire new customers.



  • Own the Online Stores Product roadmap and strategy. Communicate the strategy to ensure clear understanding of Product requirements across all stakeholders and geographies.
  • Use a “test & learn” approach to propose and implement features using an iterative process. Improve our features offering, increase our metrics and grow the business for the long term.
  • Constantly and incrementally raise the performance of the existing product set by simplifying its UI/UX and by pushing product automation to its full potential.
  • Establish KPIs for all programs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure plans plans are delivering expected business outcomes.
  • Lead, motivate and mentor the your team. Coordinate with the team and give guidance on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketing and data sciences, sales, and management to propose relevant features that meets the needs our customers and partners.



  • Extensive Ecommerce Product experience: 10+ years with past experience on both consumer and businesses Products. Knowledge of the Ecommerce specifics such as checkout, payment technologies, CRO, … is a must.
  • Experience in setting up and optimising the Product technology stack and tools: AB testing, Reporting, Analytics, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saas, e-commerce and marketplaces global landscape including: key solution providers, platforms and technologies.
  • Experience in data-driven organizations. Demonstrable ability to use data to drive product initiatives and decisions. Highly analytical with the ability to set up dashboards and maximise multiple KPIs across various platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial, obsessed with providing world-class user experience and evidence of keeping the “voice of the user” at the forefront of decisions at all times.
  • Extensive knowledge of product development techniques and methodologies, particularly Agile - ideally with experience of the “squads and tribes” model.
  • Ability to interact with large strategic partners including eBay, Paypal, Google and others.
  • Team management experience in an international environment (5-10 people).
  • Highly organized with an operational mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence decision making at all levels of the organization without formal reporting structure authority.
  • Attention to detail and passion for delivering a great customer experience.
  • Fluent English with high level communication and presentation skills.
  • Most of the Product and Engineering team is currently based in Warsaw but this position offers the option to work remotely from another European location with bi-monthly trips to Warsaw
