Webinterpret is a fast-growing business with offices in 5 countries. Our SaaS-based software provides e-commerce Localization Engine that enables online retailers to rapidly expand their business into international markets.
Our services are appreciated by over 20,000 retailers across Europe, US and China and are used to run cross-border Ecommerce stores with some of the biggest names in e-commerce such as Amazon, Ebay, PayPal and others.

To support our growth, we are looking for a experienced Marketing Director who will lead the further development of our business on B2C and B2B segments. 

This position is an exceptional opportunity for a smart, creative, collaborative and highly motivated leader to develop Webinterpret’s brand and customer base in Europe, US and China.

In charge of leading the marketing team, you will also work closely with sales, product and business teams to expand our international footprint, increase our visibility and acquire new customers.




  • Own the marketing strategy, targets and budget. Propose and implement tactics to grow the business.
  • Establish KPIs for all programs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes.
  • Lead, motivate and mentor the your team. Coordinate with the team and give guidance on a daily basis.
  • Manage acquisition, emailing, drip campaigns, PR & communications, social media, events, marketing material and content.
  • Partner with sales and customer success to develop account-based programs that open new and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketing and data sciences, sales, and management to produce relevant content that meets the needs our customers and partners.



  • Extensive marketing experience: 10+ years with past experience on both consumer and business sides.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing acquisition channels (SEM, SEO, Email, Display, …) as well as offline channels (PR, events, print, …).
  • Experience in setting up and optimising the marketing technology stack and tools: Adwords, FB ads, Marketo, Salesforce, AB testing, Wordpress, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saas, e-commerce and marketplaces global landscape including: key solution providers, platforms and technologies.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to set up dashboards and maximise multiple KPIs across various platforms.
  • Team management experience in an international environment (5-10 people).
  • Ability to negotiate deals and terms with solution or media partners to maximise visibility, cost of acquisition and ROI.
  • Highly organized with an operational mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence decision making at all levels of the organization without formal reporting structure authority.
  • Attention to detail and passion for delivering a great customer experience.
  • Fluent English with high level communication and presentation skills.
  • Most of the marketing team is currently based in Warsaw but this position offers the option to work remotely from another European location with bi-monthly trips to Warsaw.
