Customer Advocate / 1st Line Support - German Market

Location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4a



  • Interact with customers through email and chat
  • Investigating and solving customer's technical issues
  • Cooperating with other departments
  • Representing company and maintaining high customer satisfaction level



  • Very good German (min. B2)
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Self-driven improvement and learning attitude
  • Good time management


  • Basic knowledge of MySQL
