Webinterpret is a leading e-commerce specialist solution that helps facilitate cross-border trade. Its operations center is in Warsaw, Poland, and headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, France. Over the last year, Webinterpret has grown by more than 300% and it shows no signs of slowdown.

To support this growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced:

Sales Business Consultant



  • Be responsible for the complete sales cycle: Offer a Webinterpret trial period to prospects and sell them the paying Webinterpret service.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to acquire new customers.
  • Engage with marketplace account managers (eBay/Amazon/…) to build your pipeline.
  • Build excellent relationships with business clients from a range of industries.
  • Upsell and cross-sell WI product’s and modules to paying customers.
  • Maintain the strong, long-lasting customer relationships you’ve built during the sales cycle, occasional onsite visits to your customers are a must 
(throughout Mainland China).
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving customers issues.
  • Work with the technical team to assess account performance, provide solutions and improvements to customer to increase his satisfaction and drive his GMV performance.
  • Deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • After a minimum of 12 months of employment you can potentially grow into a role of Sales Business Developer and manage Enterprise accounts. There will also be other opportunities to develop as Webinterpret is currently growing its team in China and several different positions will be opened.


  • Ability to manage sales cycles with a track record of success.
  • Software or online application sales experience.
  • Passionate about web based software.
  • E-commerce knowledge about platforms like eBay, Amazon, Aliexpres.
  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in an Inside Sales role: 2 year minimum.
  • Excellent/Native Mandarin Chinese; Cantonese is a plus; English knowledge in writing only.
  • Ideally knowledge of CRM software (ideally SalesForce).
  • A passion for troubleshooting and the ability to learn the product inside out.
