To support this growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced:

Sales Business Developer

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for guiding Enterprise prospects through the sales cycle: Offer a Webinterpret trial period to High Value prospects and sell them the paying Webinterpret service.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to acquire new customers.
  • Engage with marketplace account managers and e-Commerce industry Partners (eBay/Amazon/…) to build your pipeline.
  • Build excellent relationships with Enterprise Business Clients from a range of industries.
  • Upsell and cross-sell WI product’s and modules to paying Enterprise Customers.
  • Maintain the strong, long-lasting customer relationships you’ve built during the sales cycle.
  • Regular onsite visits to your customers are a must (throughout Mainland China).
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving customer’s issue, assess account performance, provide solutions and improvements to customers to increase their satisfaction and drive his GMV performance.

MUST HAVE

  • Experience in an Enterprise Sales role: 5 year minimum.
  • Ability to manage sales cycles with a track record of success.
  • Software or online application sales experience.
  • Passionate about web based software.
  • E-commerce knowledge about platforms like eBay, Amazon, Aliexpres.
  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent/Native Mandarin Chinese; Cantonese is a plus; English knowledge in writing only.
  • Ideally knowledge of CRM software (ideally SalesForce).
  • A passion for troubleshooting and the ability to learn the product inside out.
