Frontend Developer

Location: Warsaw, Poland


As a Frontend Developer you will be a part of a multi-disciplinary agile team that is responsible for developing services to process and localize large amounts of e-commerce listings and run thousands of localized e-commerce sites.

  • You will work on the development of our client faced application and internal applications to support a flow of millions of products and orders between domestic and international stores
  • You will help with architecture-level design decisions during various phases of a project.
  • You will influence your peers, your stakeholders to design a top notch solution for every problem space you put your hands on.
  • You will improve performance and scalability of our services and applications
  • You will breathe and live by Test Driven Development to outsmart your QA colleagues
  • You will continually seek to develop your skills, learning tools and technologies that help you master your profession
  • You will always stand up to the challenges your software may present to the not so amused customer, will be the light in the tunnel, not just at the end of it.


Your profile:

  • 4+ years of recent production quality product development experience
  • Solid experience in writing complex JavaScript applications (especially SPA)
  • Excellent knowledge of plain, modern JavaScript (ES2015+) and object oriented programming in general
  • Experience in writing React + Redux applications
  • Experience in optimizing websites on frontend part
  • Solid experience writing mantainable CSS
  • Solid experience avoiding Callback Hell and Promise Hell
  • Git

Nice to have:

  • Good knowledge of JavaScript build tools (eg. Webpack) and the NPM ecosystem
  • Knowledge of redux-saga, redux-forms, style-loader and css-loader, reselect...
  • Experience with BEM methodology
  • Experience with ESLint for linting
  • Experience with tools for testing JavaScript and React code (eg. Jest, Enzyme)
  • Knowledge of other programming languages (eg. Python, PHP)
  • Passion to write well-structured, easily maintainable, well-documented code
  • Strong communication skills, ability to self-organise and work well within teams

  • Solid patterns for organizing large codebase across frontend, backend and test suites
