Financial Director

Webinterpret is a leading e-commerce internationalisation software provider with Headquarters in Sophia Antipolis (France) and EU operations in Warsaw (Poland). We are looking for a Financial Director to take key role in the company to support the growth of the business through quality financial management.



Location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4a


Responsible for management, production and analysis of all financial management and statutory reporting
and accounting, including managing a finance team, to deliver value to the business operations.


  • Be responsible for all accounting, financial control and related processes
  • Produce regular reporting and analysis to manage business management
  • Support business growth through budgetary, forecast and target planning
  • Analyse data to evaluate opportunities and work with the business on improvements
  • Work closely with the business to support operation and development from a finance perspective
  • Continually work to improve efficiency and effectiveness in finance and across the business
  • Manage all external stakeholders relationships related to finance matters
  • Work with CEO, COO and CFO on business planning, fund raising, investor relations and other ad-hoc projects as required
  • Manage, develop and motivate a finance team to create a strong, high performing and valued team



  • Accountancy qualification > 7 years
  • Strong Commercial and Business Acumen
  • Excellent organizational and business communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience of leading successful change projects
  • Strong analytical & reporting skills
  • Expert level Excel knowledge
  • English Fluency
