We are looking for:

An AGILE Coach -  a talented and experienced star with a deep understanding and pragmatic approach to Agile.

Location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4a


Someone who is:

  • Skilled and not afraid to drive a change.
  • 'Determined and self-motivated'.
  • Ready and willing to explain and discuss Agile values to all our different teams and different team members - managers, CXOs etc..
  • Wants their role to be diverse  - can act as a teacher, a mentor, a facilitator and a professional coach.
  • A successful influencer.

 

We also would like you to:

  • Have a solid understanding and experience with various Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
  • Be an excellent leader, communicator and mentor.
  • Be experienced in fostering and working in a high-performing environment.
  • Have a track record of Agile transformation in previous companies.
  • Understand the software development process.
  • Have a knowledge  of concepts like Spotify model, Management 3.0 and related Agile organizational concepts.
  • Understand DevOps principles.
  • Have an expertise in leading workshops, training and facilitating groups of 30+ people.
  • Have a knowledge of coaching tools.
  • Have a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Be fluent English.
  • Have higher education.
  • And foremost …. Be patient and have a good sense of humour!

 

Your role will be exciting and diverse.  

As the Agile Coach at WI you will be responsible for:

  • Teaching, mentoring and coaching on Agile principles.
  • Facilitating cooperation between teams and the business on how to use Agile methodologies to improve customers experience.
  • Bridging the gaps between competencies silos (among teams and departments).
  • Implementing changes in the organization.
  • Supporting Development Managers in building independent, self-organizing teams.
  • Coaching teams in order to improve their efficiency.
  • Mentoring Scrum Masters.
  • Identifying impediments on an organizational level and foster their removal.
  • Driving initiatives towards building an Agile culture in the company.
