We are seeking Customer Success Specialists with strong B2B skills! We are quickly growing our US team and looking for rock stars in the Roseville area!

We are a young, growing team partnered with PayPal and eBay. Webinterpret is a leading e-commerce solution that helps facilitate cross-border trade. Over the last year, we've grown by more than 300% with no signs of slowdown.

To support this growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced: 

Customer Success Specialist 

Location: Roseville, California, USA

 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide advice and best practices for existing clients via email, chat and phone
  • Interact with Sales, Support and Development teams to help solve issues
  • Assess account performance, provide solutions and improvements to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build excellent relationships with a broad portfolio of clients from a range of industries
  • Interact with Product management, Engineering and Operations for product improvements

 

MUST HAVE
  • Previous experience working in Customer Service and/or Account Management (1 year minimum)
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to learn a technical product and troubleshoot solutions with non-technical customers
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Proactive and resourceful, open to learn
