Human Resources Director

Location: Warsaw or Paris (but with at least 3 days/ week at the headquarters in Warsaw)

Key responsibilities

  • HR Strategy:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Management and coaching of the HR team.
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
    • Improve all people-related processes, ensuring that they are understood and applied in the organization.
    • Develop and maintain trusting and effective working relationships with employees and managers to provide guidance, advice and coaching as needed.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Leads the formal coaching structure and foster a culture of on-going feedback and improvement.
    • Implement and monitor development paths at department, team and individual levels.
    • Analyse training, development, learning needs and build effective training and development programs.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Design and implement talent acquisition strategy (including employer branding initiatives).
    • Management of recruitment process to ensure a great candidate experience.
    • Ensure that on-boarding of new team members is effective.
  • Compensation and Benefits
    • Ensure that Webinterpret compensation and benefits packages are in line with market standards and reward performance.
    • Monitors payroll processes.

 

Key skills for this position

  • Demonstrable experience of working in HR, ideally in multicultural and international business.
  • Fluent in English (and ideally also in French)
  • Goal-oriented with self-direction and drive, including with teams.
  • Ability to influence, engage and motivate teams to inspire great performance across departments.
  • Pro-activeness and strong prioritization skills.
