Our services are appreciated by over 20,000 retailers across Europe, US and China and are used to run cross-border e-commerce stores with some of the biggest names in e-commerce such as Amazon, eBay, PayPal and others.


To support our growth, we are looking for:

Inside Sales Executive

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland


  • Be responsible for the top of the funnel outreach to new prospects.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to acquire new customers.
  • Manage leads within Salesforce and prioritise accordingly.
  • Qualifying opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Deliver on monthly targets for demo creation and booked appointments.
  • Explain our value proposition to decision makers of various levels.



  • Ability to manage sales cycles with a track record of success.
  • Software or online application sales experience.
  • Passionate about web based software.
  • E-commerce knowledge about platforms like eBay, Amazon.
  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an Inside Sales role.
  • Ideally knowledge of CRM software (preferably SalesForce).
  • A passion for troubleshooting and the ability to learn the product inside out.
  • 2-4 years of outbound calling experience.
  • Self motivated overachiever.
