Webinterpret is a fast-growing business with offices in 5 countries. Our SaaS-based software provides e-commerce Localization Engine that enables online retailers to rapidly expand their business into international markets.

Our services are appreciated by over 20,000 retailers across Europe, US and China and are used to run cross-border Ecommerce stores with some of the biggest names in e-commerce such as Amazon, Ebay, PayPal and others.

To support our growth, we are looking for a experienced SEO Manager who will lead the further development of our business on B2C and B2B segments.

In charge of growing traffic across Webinterpret’s properties, you will also work closely with marketing, product and engineering teams to expand our international footprint, increase our visibility and acquire new customers.


SEO Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland or Paris, France



  • Auditing and analyzing sites, identifying issues, finding root-cause, and experimenting with solutions at scale in order to improve SEO performance
  • Trouble-shooting small and large site issues and fixing them directly or managing projects to fix them through other teams.
  • Conducting SEO experiments in multiple countries, using rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests, statistical methods) and proving their effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to optimise editorial and content marketing efforts.
  • Partnering with teams outside of marketing: running campaigns and educating multiple stakeholders to implement SEO best practices.
  • Managing, tracking and reporting on the SEO performance.



  • Extensive search optimisation experience: 5+ years with past experience on managing large scales sites (1M+ pages).
  • Experience in setting up reporting using dedicated SEO tools. Good knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Solid data analysis skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Knowledge of other paid online marketing acquisition channels (SEM, Google Shopping, FB ads, …) is a plus.
  • Highly organized with an operational mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English with high level communication and presentation skills.
  • Most of the marketing team is currently based in Warsaw but this position offers the option to work remotely from another European location with bi-monthly trips to Warsaw.
