Webinterpret is a fast-growing business with offices in 5 countries. Our SaaS-based software provides e-commerce Localization Engine that enables online retailers to rapidly expand their business into international markets.
Our services are appreciated by over 20,000 retailers across Europe, US and China and are used to run cross-border Ecommerce stores with some of the biggest names in e-commerce such as Amazon, Ebay, PayPal and others.
To support our growth, we are looking for:

UX / UI Designer

Location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4a

As part of the UX team, you will be involved in the full UX process from user and data research all the way through to designing our product interface.

You will need to work closely with all members of the team from system architects and back-end engineers to front-end devs, POs and business stakeholders.




  • You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research projects with our users.
  • You will develop user personas and user stories to enable us to better design our products.
  • You will study analytics and user tests to identify usage patterns and design opportunities.
  • You will share research results with the product team and relevant business stakeholders.


  • Together with POs and the product team you will identify design opportunities and propose solutions.
  • You will create low fidelity mockups and wireframes and validate the proposed solution with users, internally and externally. 
  • You will iterate and update these designs based on feedback.


  • You will create final designs and prototypes using Photoshop and InVision.
  • Final designs will be delivered to the product team, with a video walk-through, where appropriate, to included within their feature documentation.

The above is based on our current flow, but our UX structure and process is fluid and ever evolving based on our ongoing experience and the latest industry techniques. We are always open to new techniques and ideas to make our UX process even better.



  • 3+ years UX / UI design experience.
  • A solid portfolio, with an emphasis on UX and UI design across multiple platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Excellent photoshop skills.
  • Experience using wireframing and prototyping tools.



  • Ecommerce experience.We’re open about what form this takes. You might have sold stuff online yourself, you may have worked for a retailer or an ecommerce software provider, but an empirical understanding of ecommerce would be a real plus.
  • Experience working within an agile and iterative UX environment.
  • Video editing skills.
