Customer Success Specialist with Italian and French

Location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4a


We're looking for a candidate to join the tech support team for the web based application.



  • Investigate and solve customer's technical issues with application  
  • Interact with customers through email and phone
  • Educate customers on application features and good practices
  • Cooperate with other departments in identifying bugs and customers' needs



  • Very good/native Italian and read/write capability in French OR very good/native French and read/write capability in Italian
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Self driven improvement and learning attitude
  • Technical oriented
  • Good time management


  • eCommerce and IT experience
